  • 3 large avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). garlic powder
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). jalepeno pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  • Mash chopped avocado with a fork.
  • Add salt, lime juice, and garlic powder, mix.
  • Add chopped tomato, onion, and jalepeno; mix.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.
