Serves/Makes:36 brownies

  • Brownies:
  • 3 cups (700 ml) sugar
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) cocoa
  • 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) margarine (melted)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 2 cups (475 ml) flour
  • Frosting:
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) cocoa
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) milk
  • 3 cups (700 ml) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • Brownies:
  • Mix all ingredients together well and pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Frosting:
  • Warm first 3 ingredients together then with a mixer add powdered sugar and vanilla into warm mixture.
  • Frost the brownies while they are still warm.
