Serves/Makes:2 small cheese balls

  • 2 8 oz (224 grm). pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 small pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). seasoned salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml). worcestershire sauce (depends on taste)
  • Stir cream cheese in bowl until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • Serve on crackers.
For a more zesty dip, try adding green peppers, green olives, and/or pinch of horseradish.
