Fresh Rosemary and Garlic Marinade

Serves/Makes:1/3 cup

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) seasoned salt
  • Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl.
  • Pour over meat.
  • Rub marinade in thoroughly.
  • Pierce meat with paring knife or mead fork & allow to seep into meat.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Roast, bake, or grill.
Incredibly awesome flavor and aroma.
