  • 2 cups (475 ml) macaroni
  • 3 quarts (2850 ml) water
  • 2 cups (475 ml) chunked cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 cups (475 ml) milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Bring water to boil and pour in macaroni; cook until tender; drain well.
  • Mix macaroni, cheese, butter, salt and pepper and pour into 9 x 13 inch dish.
  • Pour milk on top and bake at 450 degrees (225 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • May garnish with extra cheese and put back in oven to melt.
