Serves/Makes:6 servings

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli florets, washed and patted dry
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg). bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup (225 ml) Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • Cover raisins with hot water until soft.
  • Drain.
  • Combine Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and mix well.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate at least one hour, preferably overnight.
