Recipe Information

  • 1 cup (225 ml) sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cranberry juice
  • 1 pint of strawberries OR raspberries, without stems
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/2 plain low-fat yogurt
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend at high speed, stopping frequently after fruit starts to liquify.
  • Smoothie is supposed to be thick.
  • Serve immediately.
