Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: my own receipe Serves/Makes:4 Ingredients 1 lb (.5 kg). sirloin steak 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 jar whole mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can burgundy wine cooked noodles Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.). Cut steak into cubes and brown in oil. Put into 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole dish. Add soups, mushrooms and wine; stir to mix. Bake for about 1 hour. Serve over cooked noodles. Enjoy!
