Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Description: White cake with fresh Rhubarb in it Source: Carol Stanley Serves/Makes:one cake Ingredients 1 cup (225 ml) brown sugar 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar 1/2 cup (125 ml) shortening 1 cup (225 ml) sour milk or buttermilk 2 cups (475 ml) flour 1 tsp (5 ml). soda 2 cups (475 ml) finely diced rhubarb Preparation Mix in order given. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 to 40 minutes. Comments
