Ingredients
  • 2 cups (475 ml) cooked pasta
  • 2 cups (475 ml) fresh mushrooms
  • 1 package of small shrimp
  • 1 10 oz (280 grm). package broccoli
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) green onion slices
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2-1/2 tbsp (35 ml) Mrs. Dash's seasoning
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
Preparation
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture, toss and refrigerate.
