Hot Spinach Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup (225 ml) Sugar
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1/3 lb (.2 kg). bacon
  • Corn starch and water
  • Fry bacon in pan and drain.
  • Add vinegar, water, and sugar to bacon.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Thicken with corn starch and water.
  • Serve warm over fresh spinach with chopped onions.
