Ingredients
  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped sweet red pepper
  • 2 jalape o chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) fresh lime juice
Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients!
Comments
Mango is a popular ingredient of Caribbean and Philippine salsas because the cool fruit flavor compliments the chiles. I added a papaya to this recipe and served it with fresh grilled stripped bass. Wow!
