  • 1 small package cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • Whip cream as usual.
  • Then add the cheese cut into small chunks.
  • Beat till smooth.
  • The whipping cream will hold up, and not weep for several days.
This is a trick I came up with while making fruit salad for my family.
