Ingredients
  • 2 4 oz (112 grm). sticks butter
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 36 Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (225 ml) peanut butter chips
Preparation
  • Line cookie pan (jellyroll pan) with aluminium foil.
  • Lay out crackers in pan.
  • Bring sugar and butter to boil, cooking until sugar disolves.
  • Pour sugar mixture over crackers.
  • Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 6 or 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and sprinkle chips over the top. Spread when melted.
  • Chill for 30 minutes. Break apart to serve.
Comments
Fun cookie, taste like shortbread. They will not guess you started with saltine crackers. This did not come from "Julia"
