- Ingredients
- 2 4 oz (112 grm). sticks butter
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 36 Saltine crackers
- 1 cup (225 ml) chocolate chips
- 1 cup (225 ml) peanut butter chips
- Preparation
- Line cookie pan (jellyroll pan) with aluminium foil.
- Lay out crackers in pan.
- Bring sugar and butter to boil, cooking until sugar disolves.
- Pour sugar mixture over crackers.
- Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 6 or 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and sprinkle chips over the top. Spread when melted.
- Chill for 30 minutes. Break apart to serve.
- Comments
- Fun cookie, taste like shortbread. They will not guess you started with
saltine crackers. This did not come from "Julia"
