Serves/Makes:3 Qts

  • 3 cans (14 oz) or 3 lbs (1.4 kg) fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup (225 ml) white vinegar
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 6 habernero chiles dried and ground
  • 6 cayenne chiles dried and ground
  • 6 jalapeno chiles dried and ground
  • salt to taste
  • Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Chill before serving.
***BEWARE OF CHILI DUST*** Serve with chips or as a condiment.
