No-Bake Eggnog Pie

A great holiday treat

  • 1 quart (950 ml) prepared eggnog chilled
  • 2 pkgs (one 5-1/12 oz (142.8 grm). and 13-1/3 oz (375.2 grm).) of vanilla instant pudding/pie mix
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) of bourbon or 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract if you don't want to use bourbon
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) of ground nutmeg
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts
  • Combine all ingedients.
  • Pour in pie crusts and chill overnight.
  • May be frozen.
