Serves/Makes:2 cups

  • 14 oz (392 grm). can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (225 ml) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with crackers.
