Oven Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - Lowfat Recipe

Ingredients
  • Fresh pumpkin seeds
  • Water
  • Salt
Preparation
  • Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
  • Fill large pot with heavily salted water.
  • Add pumpkin seeds.
  • Soak for at least 24 hours (will not hurt them if they soak longer - I've soaked them for up to 3 days.)
  • Drain.
  • Spread on cookie sheets in a single layer.
  • Cook in oven at 250 degrees (125 C.) until dry.
  • Enjoy.
