  • 1 cup (225 ml) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) powdered sugar
  • lemon zest
  • dash of triple sec (optional)
  • Whip to combine with mixer.
There is another filling that is made with shortening and powdered sugar and resembles cheap wedding cake frosting.
