  • 7 oz (196 grm) milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • Blend banana and milk in blender.
  • Pour into a saucepan.
  • Add honey.
  • Heat until warm.
  • Pour into 8 oz (224 grm) galss and enjoy !!
This really works if you can't sleep ! We can't stand the taste of plain warm milk, but this is delicious !! The ingredients together are supposed to give a chemical reaction that works better at putting you to sleep than just the plain milk.
