meatballs in sauce



  • 1 lb (.5 kg). hamburger
  • 1/2 cooked or uncooked rice
  • 1 onion minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) water
  • Mix hamburger, rice and onion together and form into about one inch balls.
  • Put into the soup and water sauce and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
Very simple and not much time needed to prepare.
