Liver Garlic Bacon Bake - Liver with a New Twist

  • liver
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). bacon
  • several garlic cloves, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grease pan appropriate to quantity of liver being cooked.
  • Layer liver, bacon slices, sliced garlic cloves, salt and pepper
  • to taste.
  • Make another layer same as first - bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until liver is done - very tasty!
