Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Description: A very easy quick mix desert, delicious with ice cream. Source: Anthea Ingredients 4 eggs 2 cups (475 ml) milk 1 cup (225 ml) coconut 4 drops of vanilla essence 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter 1/2 cup (125 ml) self-rising flour Preparation Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Pour into a lightly greased pie plate. Bake at degrees 180 cups (42475 ml) (350 degrees (175 C.) F.) for 45 minutes. Serve with a dollop of cream or icecream. Comments
