Source: SusanM Serves/Makes:2 cups Ingredients 1 can (6 oz (168 grm).) tuna, drained 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese or neufchatel 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice 2 tsp (10 ml) creamy horseradish 2 tsp (10 ml) grated onion 1 to 2 tsp (10 ml) liquid smoke Preparation Mix all ingredients together then refrigerate. Form into a log or place in serving bowl and cover with chopped pecans or parsley. Serve with crackers such as Wheat Thins.
