A foil for smoked salmon spread.


Serves/Makes:2 cups

  • 1 can (6 oz (168 grm).) tuna, drained
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese or neufchatel
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) creamy horseradish
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) grated onion
  • 1 to 2 tsp (10 ml) liquid smoke
  • Mix all ingredients together then refrigerate.
  • Form into a log or place in serving bowl and cover with chopped pecans or parsley.
  • Serve with crackers such as Wheat Thins.
