  • 4 cups (950 ml) whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sale
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar or 1/8 cup (30 ml) honey
  • cream
  • Combine 4 cups (950 ml) whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt, 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar of 1/8 cup (30 ml) honey and as much cream as it takes to make a rollable dough.
  • Roll thin, prick with a fork and arrange on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 F until done (approx. 20 minutes).
