Goins Ingredients 4 cups (950 ml) whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sale 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar or 1/8 cup (30 ml) honey cream Preparation Combine 4 cups (950 ml) whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt, 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar of 1/8 cup (30 ml) honey and as much cream as it takes to make a rollable dough.
