Sam Choy (a Hawaiian chef povided this to a local paper)


  • 1 large pork roast
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) Liquid Smoke
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Hawaiian salt
  • Place in a crock pot, cook two hours on high then turn down to low and cook all day and tastes and smells just like the real thing.
I was told that if you do not have Hawaiian Salt available, that a course salt would do in its place.
