Serves/Makes:serves 6

Ingredients
  • 2 cans creamed corn, 16 oz (448 grm). each
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • dash pepper
  • dash salt
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) ground cloves (optional)
Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  • Spray 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bake in 375 degree (200 C.) oven for 25-35 min. or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm.
Comments
Our family has used this casserole for years at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone I've met has fallen in love with this and has always asked me for the recipe. Ground Cloves are optional, not necessary. Makes the dish slightly sweeter.
