- 1 pkg angel food cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz (588 grm).) lemon pie filling
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon extract
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix the dry cake mix with the pie filling and extracts.
- Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be made with any flavor of pie filling. Cherry is a favorite, just omit the lemon extract.
