Ingredients
  • steamer clams
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • shredded carrots
  • chopped onion
  • chopped celery
  • water
  • melted butter
  • sourdough bread
Preparation
  • Sprinkle lots of Old Bay Seasoning over your clams before you steam them, and add shredded carrots, celery, and onions to the water.
  • Clams should be steamed until they pop open, indicating they are fully cooked.
  • Serve with lots of butter to dip them in, and sourdough bread.
Comments
You can get old bay seasoning at your supermarket in the spice section in a bright yellow tin.
