Pineapple Walnut Delight - Vanilla Pudding Dessert

Serves/Makes:9 x 12 glass baking dish

  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1-1/2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 2 containers (8 oz) of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chopped walnuts
  • Empty dry pudding mix into mixing bowl.
  • Pour pineapple and juice over and mix well (mixture will be thick).
  • Stir in marshmallows.
  • Fold in Cool Whip
  • Put into 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  • Chill and serve.
