How to Peel Plums?

Ingredients
  • Boiling Water
  • Plums
  • Ice Water
Preparation
  • Spear a plum with your fork.
  • Dip it into boiling water for about 30 seconds or until the skin starts to split.
  • Immediately dip it into ice water to cool it well.
  • Using a sharp paring knife, pull off the skin.
Comments
You can use this method for peeling tomatoes, peaches, and apricots also.
