Serves/Makes:4-6 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 cans (1 lb (.5 kg) ea) baked beans
  • 1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 T light brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) mustard
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour into a 1qt casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally.
