Crustless pumpkin pie.



  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) white sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) bisquick
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) margarine, melted
  • 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz)pumpkin
  • 2-1/2 tbsp (35 ml) pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vanilla
  • Prheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Grease 9 inch pie plate.
  • Place all ingredients in blender or mixer and mix well.
  • Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 50-55 min.
