Rhubarb Cake

  • 1 large box yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups (475 ml) half and half
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
  • 3 cups (700 ml) diced rhubard
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Grease a 9x13x2 inch pan.
  • Mix yellow cake mix as directed on package.
  • Pour into cake pan.
  • Mix cream, sugar and rhubarb together.
  • Pour over cake evenly.
  • Bake 1 hour.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
