My method for a juicy roast pork

Ingredients
  • any size pork roast
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder (if using garlic salt, omit salt)
  • Pork Chop Shake & Bake
Preparation
  • Wet down pork roast.
  • Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic.
  • Roll Roast in 1 package of Shake and Bake; cover completely.
  • Set roast on a rack in a baking pan or dish.
  • Roast for 35 minutes at 400 degrees (200 C.) allowing crust to get crisp.
  • Reduce heat to 350 and bake uncovered until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees (80 C.).
Comments
Rolling any roast in flour or crumbs will contain the juices. I have had most sucess with Shake & Bake.
