Sour Orange Marinade

"Biscayne Bights and Breezes" cookbook

Serves/Makes:cup or so

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • juice of 2 sour oranges
  • Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
"Sazon" also makes mojo seasoning.. liquid and dry. good luck
