Boneless Chicken Breast Baked in a Sweet and Tangy Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
  • 1 15 oz (420 grm). can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). lemon juice
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Mix cranberry sauce, citrus juices and honey in a medium bowl.
  • Arrange chicken cutlets in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
  • Pour cranberry sauce mixture over chicken (You may have some left over).
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
