Broccoli Cheese Soup

  • 10 oz (280 grm). broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups (475 ml) milk
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • In large sauce pan, bring water and broccoli to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Do not drain the water.
  • Stir in potato soup and milk.
  • Stir over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese.
This is so easy but very tasty.
