Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Prickly Pear Serves/Makes:about 2 cups Ingredients 1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained 8 oz (224 grm) soft cream cheese 2 t dry sherry 1/4 t garlic powder 2 T lemon juice 1 T dry parsley 1/8 t dill weed 1/8 t white pepper Preparation Mix well and chill for at least 1-2 hours. Serve garnished with tomatoes, if desired, on crackers. Comments I have been making this pate' for parties, etc. since 1965 and it has always had rave reviews. I usually double the recipe.
