A delicious change from traditional clam chowder



  • 8 slices bacon cut in small pieces
  • 1 onion cut in small pieces
  • 2 cups (475 ml) canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup (225 ml) diced,cooked potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2-3/4 cups (650 ml) milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper
  • Cook bacon and onions.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Heat and simmer several minutes.
  • Add dash of pepper.
