Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen, chooped spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
  • Thaw frozen spinach.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine with all but cheese and mix well.
  • Put in a greased casserole dish and top with Swiss cheese.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees (175 C.).
