Wonderful smoked salmon appetizer.

Serves/Makes:2 cups or more

  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg). smoked salmon
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced onion
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
  • fresh ground pepper
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Serve with crackers or cut vegetables.
Also a good use of leftover cooked salmon. Add a couple of drops of liquid smoke to get a smoked salmon flavor.
