  • 1 large croissant, split in half and lightly toasted.
  • few slices fried bacon
  • 2 slices baby Swiss cheese (can substitute other cheese)
  • few slices tomato
  • honey mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • butter or margarine
  • Lightly butter both sides of croissant.
  • Generously spread honey mustard on one half and mayonnaise on the other.
  • Top one half with bacon, tomatoes and cheese and put the other half on top.
  • Enjoy!
