  • 1 box Beef Flavored Rice A Roni
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). vegetable oil
  • 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) water
  • In a medium bowl, mix rice and vermicelli, ground beef, and egg.
  • Shape mixture into meatballs.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil, add meatballs and brown on all sides.
  • Add package seasoning and water.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes more.
