  • frozen pie shell
  • 8 oz (224 grm). shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz (224 grm). shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can green chiles (chopped)--double chiles if you like
  • 1 egg
  • a little milk
  • Into pie shell, put half the cheddar cheese.
  • Layer half the mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with half the green chiles.
  • Repeat another layer of each.
  • Beat the egg with the milk and pour on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1/2 hour or until done.
  • Enjoy!
