Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Jean Serves/Makes:2 dozen Ingredients 1 cup (225 ml) sugar 3 tbsp (45 ml) cocoa 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter dash salt 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) oatmeal 1/2 tsp (2 ml) vanilla Preparation Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. Stir in oatmeal and vanilla. Can add nuts or dates if desired. Drop from tsp on wax paper. Allow to cool completely.
