Serves/Makes:2 1/2 c.

  • 2 ounce can anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) parsley
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) chopped chives
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • Dash of fresh ground pepper
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed.
This one is also very good, varies a bit from the first.. Larkie
