Serves/Makes:8 or more

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (.5 kg) pork sausage, browned
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • diced giblets, cooked
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) sage
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) diced celery
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) nutmeg
  • hot water
Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients, stuff in turkey.
  • This will do about a 16 lbs (7.3 kg). turkey.
Comments
We always had this in our turkey. I usually double recipe and cook extra in a casserole dish as everyone loves it.
