Brussels Sprouts with Sour Cream-Bacon Sauce

Serves/Makes:3 or more

  • 3/4 tbsp (10 ml). chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). dill weed
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
  • Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions.
  • Drain and keep warm.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Heat through but do not boil.
  • Pour over brussels sprouts.
  • Sprinkle with paprika for color, if desired.
