  • cooked tripe
  • cornmeal, cracker crumbs or Feather Fritter Batter
  • lard
  • Cut cooked tripe into 1 1/2 inch squares.
  • Dip into cornmeal, cracker crumbs, flour or FEATHER FRITTER BATTER.
  • Fry in lard, turning to brown both sides.
Will post FEATHER FRITTER BATTER next. Try it! And hope you like it as much as I do.
